Fiberlock Fiberset PM Post-Removal Surface Sealant is a specialized, pre-mixed “lockdown” coating designed to encapsulate microscopic residual fibers remaining after asbestos-containing material (ACM) removal. Formulated with advanced 100% acrylic resin technology, Fiberset PM delivers reliable performance while maintaining compatibility with professional application equipment. In addition to sealing residual fibers, Fiberset PM can also be used in misting applications to help pull down airborne particulates prior to post-removal air monitoring. It is UL® classified for use as a primer in fireproofing systems and is compatible with leading flooring adhesives, adding versatility across different project requirements.

The coating is designed for use on exposed surfaces following abatement and can also be applied to containment materials such as polyethylene sheeting before dismantling. Available in White, Clear, and Blue, it allows for easy visual confirmation of application coverage.
