Manufactured from premium acrylic resins, this durable and flexible coating improves system efficiency by increasing airflow while minimizing the accumulation of dust and debris within ductwork. Its moisture-resistant properties ensure long-lasting performance in demanding residential, commercial, and industrial environments.

IAQ 7000 is designed for broad compatibility with HVAC materials, including faced and unfaced fiberglass duct liner insulation, fiberglass duct board insulation, and unlined sheet metal ductwork. It can also be used as a post-cleaning lockdown coating to encapsulate residual particulates such as fiberglass fibers, dust, and other inanimate contaminants. This helps maintain improved indoor air quality and prevents the redistribution of contaminants throughout the system.

The formulation includes a fungistatic agent that resists mold growth on the surface of the cured coating, adding an extra layer of protection in environments prone to moisture and microbial development. Application is straightforward and can be completed using brush, roller, or airless spray equipment.
