These Terms & Conditions govern your use of inlineco.com and any purchase from INLINE Distributing Company (“INLINE,” “we,” “us”). By placing an order or requesting a quote, you agree to these terms.

Quotes & Pricing

Prices shown online are list prices and may not reflect your account or contract pricing. Many items are sold by quote. All pricing, availability, and lead times are confirmed by our order desk before an order is accepted, and are subject to change until confirmed. Quoted prices are valid for the period stated on the quote (default 30 days unless noted).

Orders & Acceptance

Submitting an order online is an offer to purchase. An order is accepted only when confirmed by INLINE. We may decline or cancel any order, including for pricing errors, stock, credit, or compliance reasons. Minimum order quantities and freight terms may apply.

Payment Terms

We accept approved Net-30 accounts and other methods offered at checkout. Past-due balances may accrue service charges as permitted by law.

Shipping, Freight & Risk of Loss

Shipping quotes are estimates; freight class, accessorials, and destination affect final cost. Title and risk of loss pass per the shipping terms on your confirmation. Certain hazardous materials ship under DOT requirements and to eligible destinations only.

Returns

Returns are governed by our Return Policy.

Product Information & Warranties

Product descriptions, images, and specifications are provided by manufacturers and are for general reference. Except as expressly stated, products are provided “as is” and manufacturer warranties, if any, are your sole remedy. To the fullest extent permitted by law, INLINE disclaims all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. It is the buyer’s responsibility to confirm a product’s suitability for its intended use and to follow all Safety Data Sheet (SDS) and regulatory guidance.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, INLINE’s liability for any claim arising from a product or order will not exceed the amount paid for that product, and INLINE will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
