Frequently Asked Questions

Quick answers on ordering, pricing, terms, and documents.

How do I place an order?+

Add items to your cart and check out, or use Request a Quote for large or custom orders. Either way our order desk confirms pricing, stock, and terms before the order is finalized.

How does pricing work?+

List prices show online where available; many items are priced by quote. Final pricing is confirmed by our order desk, and account customers see their contract pricing.

Do you offer Net-30 terms?+

Yes, for approved business accounts. Start an account request through the quote form and our team will set you up.

How do shipping and delivery work?+

We ship nationwide from a network of distribution centers. If you are within about 30 miles of a branch, local delivery on our own trucks is available; larger orders ship LTL freight.

What is your return policy?+

Most stock items can be returned within 30 days with an RMA, in new/resalable condition. Opened chemicals, hazardous materials, and custom or clearance items are non-returnable. See our Return Policy for details.

Where do I find SDS and spec sheets?+

Safety Data Sheets are in our SDS Library (linked in the footer), and spec sheets are on the individual product pages.

Do you sell to the public or only contractors?+

We primarily serve contractors and businesses. Anyone can request a quote; account customers receive the best pricing and terms.

What does a California Prop 65 warning mean?+

It is a California notification requirement for products that can expose you to listed chemicals. A warning is not a statement that a product is unsafe. See our Prop 65 page for more.
