This Privacy Policy explains what personal information INLINE Distributing Company collects, how we use and share it, and the choices you have.

Information We Collect

Information you provide — name, company, email, phone, shipping/billing details, and content of quote requests, orders, credit applications, and support messages.
Automatic information — device, browser, IP address, pages viewed, and search terms, collected via cookies and similar technologies.

How We Use It

To provide quotes and process orders; to confirm pricing, stock, and credit; to ship and support your purchases; to operate, secure, and improve the site; and to communicate with you. We do not use the site to knowingly collect information from children.

How We Share It

We share information with service providers who act on our behalf (payment, shipping, tax, hosting, analytics) and as required by law. We do not sell your personal information.

Cookies & Analytics

We use necessary cookies to run the site and analytics cookies to understand how it is used. You can decline analytics cookies at any time through the Cookie preferences link at the bottom of every page. We also honor the Global Privacy Control signal sent by your browser. Visitors outside the United States are asked for consent before analytics cookies are set. Separately, we count visits in aggregate with a cookieless tool that does not identify individual visitors.

Bot & Fraud Protection

To keep automated abuse off our forms and checkout, we use Cloudflare Turnstile. When you submit a form, Turnstile checks signals from your browser, such as your IP address and browser and connection details, to tell people from bots. It runs in the background and is not used for advertising. Cloudflare’s handling of this information is described in the Cloudflare Turnstile Privacy Addendum and the Cloudflare Privacy Policy. The secure card form hosted by our payment processor is separately protected by Google reCAPTCHA, which is subject to the Google Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

Your Privacy Rights (California & Other States)

Depending on your state (including California/CCPA-CPRA, and Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, and Utah), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of your personal information, and to appeal a decision. We do not sell or “share” personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, so no “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” action is required; you may still submit a rights request below.

Data Retention & Security

We retain personal information as long as needed for the purposes above and to meet legal, tax, and accounting requirements, then delete or de-identify it. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards; no method of transmission is 100% secure.
