SAFEGUARD SURFACTANT WETTING AGENT is formulated to penetrate and wet-out fiberous asbestos prior to removal. Inline Surfactant Wetting Agent saturates fibers to reduce the release of fibers and dust during removal. Coverage will vary based on nature of substrate and should not be applied to surfaces below 32°F or higher than 212°F.
