The Fiberlock RECON Smoke Odor Sealer 3090-5 is a water-based sealer designed to encapsulate smoke odors and block tough stains on structural surfaces after fire damage restoration. Formulated for one-coat odor control, it helps prevent smoke odors and stains from migrating through the coating while maintaining breathability, even with seasonal changes in temperature and humidity. This white liquid sealer can be applied by brush or spray and offers coverage of 200–300 sq. ft. per gallon on smooth surfaces and 100–200 sq. ft. per gallon on porous surfaces. Featuring a 24-hour dry time, 68 g/L VOC, 75 KU viscosity, 8.5 pH, and a 36-month shelf life, this 5-gallon sealer provides reliable performance for restoration professionals and odor encapsulation applications.
