MMR Mold Stain Remover is a powerful, commercial-grade solution formulated to immediately eliminate mold and mildew stains on a wide range of porous and semi-porous surfaces, including wood, concrete, cinder block, hardiboard, vinyl siding, and composite decking. It is especially effective on building materials commonly found in unconditioned areas such as attics and crawl spaces.

MMR penetrates deeply into soiled areas, eradicating mold stains on contact and leaving surfaces visibly clean—without the need for sanding, scrubbing, media blasting, or encapsulation. Its fast, easy application significantly reduces labor time and costs, making it a preferred choice over bleach and hydrogen peroxide-based products. It is biodegradable, non-flammable, and manufactured daily to ensure peak strength and effectiveness.
