TOMORROW’S AERONAUTICAL MUSEUM’S FOUNDER AND EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR ROBIN PETGRAVE MAKES EBONY’S 2013 POWER 100 LIST

COMPTON,Calif., NEW YORK (October 30, 2013) – On Monday, November 4, 2013, EBONY® Magazine will celebrate the 2013 “Power 100” with a New York City gala. Tomorrow’s Aeronautical Museum’s (TAM) Founder and Executive Director Robin Petgrave is honored to be among the nation’s most influential African-Americans in a broad-range list of game-changers, including President Barack Obama, Oprah, Serena Williams, LeBron James, Forest Whitaker, Harry Belafonte, Queen Latifah, Jay Z, Jamie Foxx, Beyoncé, Kirk Franklin, Bishop T.D. Jakes, Honorable Jackie Lacey, Reverend Al Sharpton, Magic Johnson, Tamera Mowry-Housley and Tia Mowry-Hardrict.
The EBONY editorial team selected honorees by various categories. Robin is one of six distinguished honorees under the Health and Science Trailblazers. STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) represents hope for the future and these honorees are leading the charge.

EBONY Power 100 Gala will be held at New York City’s Jazz at Lincoln Center’s Frederick P. Rose Hall on November 4. The invitation-only event will honor Motown Records founder Berry Gordy with a Lifetime Achievement Award with host and honoree Nick Cannon.The 2013 Power 100 list will appear in the December/January issue of EBONY on newsstands the week of November 4.
