Q: How do you calculate your shipping charges?

Guest User - you are given shipping options at the time of checkout. You will be able to select how you would like Inline to ship your product.


Q: How do I qualify for free shipping?

When you visit Inline Distributing (inlineco.com) or send e-mails to us, you are communicating with us electronically. You consent to receive communications from us electronically. We will communicate with you by e-mail or by posting notices on this site. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.


Q: How will I know when my order has been pulled, shipped, and is on it's way?

Guest User - From the time that you submit your order, we will email you with updates. If you can't find our emails, check your junk and/or spam foldes and add us to your approved list. 


Q: When will my credit card be charged?

Inline Distributing’s trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service that is not Inline Distributing’s, in any manner that is likely to cause confusion among customers, or in any manner that disparages or discredits Inline Distributing. All other trademarks not owned by Inline Distributing or its subsidiaries that appear on this site are the property of their respective owners, who may or may not be affiliated with, connected to, or sponsored by Inline Distributing or its subsidiaries.


Q: Can I return items that I did not end up using?

All sale for consumables are final. Unused equipment can be echanged for other models or for credit within 30 days of purchase with receipt. Return shipping will be paid by the buyer after receiving a return authorization. Please contact our customer service team if you would like to return merchandise.


Q: What if I need my order within 24 hours?

Guest User - There is a shipping option at checkout for overnight delivery. On larger orders, contact Inline's Customer Service Team for assistance at (800)795-0933.


Q: What if i want to pick up my order?

All items purchased from Inline Distributing are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This basically means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

Inline Distributing and its associates attempt to be as accurate as possible. However, Inline Distributing does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by Inline Distributing itself is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.
