Q: How do you calculate your shipping charges?
A: We offer free shipping on all qualified orders, see below for details. If your order does not qualify for free shipping, we want to minimize your shipping costs as much as possible. For that reason, we will fill your order through one or more of our several national distribution centers, based on availability and your location. You will receive a separate email once your order has shipped with the actual amount charged to your credit card for freight. We do this to prevent you from overpaying on shipping costs. If you need to know what your shipping charges will be before processing your order, please contact our customer service team at (800) 795-0933.

Q: How do I qualify for free shipping?
A: For a limited time, we are offering free shipping on all orders over $500, if you are within 60 miles of one of our national distribution centers, and you sign up to receive our newsletter. Excludes New York City.

Q: How will I know when my order has been pulled, shipped, and is on it’s way?
A: From the time that you submit your order, we will email you with updates. If you can’t find our emails, check your junk and spam folders and add us to your approved list.

Q: When will my credit card be charged?
A: Your credit card will be charged at the time that you place your order, and again the next day with any applicable shipping charges.

Q: Can I return items that I did not end up using?
A: All sales for consumables are final. Unused equipment can be exchanged for other models or for credit within 30 days of purchase with receipt. Return shipping will be paid by the buyer after receiving a return authorization. Please contact our customer service team if you would like to return merchandise.

A:  Local Distribution Centers are open from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Our customer service team is available by telephone from 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. P.S.T.
