Q: How will I know when my order has been pulled, shipped, and is on it’s way?
A: From the time that you submit your order, we will email you with updates. If you can’t find our emails, check your junk and spam folders and add us to your approved list.

Q: When will my credit card be charged?
A: Your credit card will be charged at the time that you place your order.

Q: Can I return items that I did not end up using?
A: All sales for consumables are final, unused equipment can be exchanged for other models or for credit within 30 days of purchase with receipt. Return shipping will be paid by the buyer.

Q:  How much is shipping and tax?
A:  As a limited time promotion, we are currently offering free shipping with a minimum $100 order if you are within 60 miles of one of our Distribution Centers.

Q:  When are you open?
