Inline Distributing Company is seeking driven sales professionals with previous B2B sales experience to work in a fast-paced environment with a high-energy team. Inline offers unlimited opportunities and no territory confinements. The ideal candidates are highly-motivated, interested in creating new sales opportunities and have demonstrated track records of sales excellence. Candidates hired for this position may be required to participate in a training program in Los Angeles.
The responsibilities of the job include, but are not limited to:
Prospecting – identify, research, and contact potential customers along with sales calls and presentations
Problem solving – understand and address customer problems
Account management – account support as needed for customer orders
Presentations – prepare and deliver high-impact customer presentations
Negotiating – negotiate contracts with new customers
Business alliance development – establish and build strong relationships with sales and marketing teams

The ideal candidates will possess the following qualifications:
Minimum experience of 2 years B2B selling experience with a documented success record
Ability to understand procurement processes
Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills
Track record of successfully targeting and winning new business opportunities
Sound business judgment and excellent negotiating skills
Creative and analytical problem solving skills
Ability to develop, formulate and implement territory execution plans
Self-reliant and highly motivated
Sense of humor
Must possess strong emotional intelligence
