We now have ten Distribution Centers covering all of the US and actively exploring new markets making growth a high priority for the company. We are seeking individuals that are creative and driven with an entrepreneurial spirit. Inline has many long term team members which reflect the positive and inspirational culture.

We also have a disaster response unit that we can deploy anywhere in the US to serve as a mobile warehouse. We have our own fleet of delivery trucks and 2 helicopters available for aerial recon and disaster surveying.

Job Information

The responsibilities of the job include, but are not limited to:

  • Prospecting – identify, research, and contact potential customers along with sales calls and presentations.
  • Problem solving – understand and address customer problems.
  • Account management – account support as needed for customer orders.
  • Presentations – prepare and deliver high-impact customer presentations.
  • Negotiating – negotiate contracts with new customers.
  • Business alliance development – establish and build strong relationships with sales and marketing teams.

Responsibilities:

Web Merchandiser and SEO Specialist – reporting to the Director of Marketing, this position will maintain a B2B website, Amazon/Ebay webstores and long term SEO strategies. The ideal candidate for this position is a hands-on professional with strong knowledge of content management platforms, and the ability to translate our business needs into customer-friendly functions that will expand our website’s influence in our industry. In this position, you will be responsible for updating our current online website, applications, as well as developing and implementing a usability testing process to ensure that new website applications and platform meet our company’s requirements. In this role, you’ll also be responsible for the overall SEO strategy and implementation.

This position will have the following high level responsibilities:

• Update existing website and applications/widgets to meet the security and functionality standards as outlined in the company’s website policies
• Manage the website content (new product uploads, data scrubbing and migration where applicable, removing products, update pricing etc.)
• Develop comprehensive application testing procedures where applicable
• Implement testing tools that monitor the ongoing performance of the company website
• Update application development policies to ensure that all future applications meet the latest technical requirements
• Develop and manage storefront presence and strategies (Amazon, eBay etc.)
• Troubleshoot and problem-solve Inline webstores and eCommerce website
• Develop long term SEO strategies to drive online traffic to inlineco.com
• Track conversion rates and making improvements to the website base on analytics
• Update product information, specs, ad banners and all other content on inlineco.com
• Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns including Email, SEO and PPC
• Manage digital ads in key industry online publications
• Increase social media following and company awareness via various marketing vehicles
• Review new technologies and competition to keep the company at the forefront of developments in digital marketing
• Update or create marketing collateral when applicable
• Collaborate with other Inline departments (Purchasing, Sales, HR, Operations etc.) for special projects where applicable

Skill Requirements:

• Highly proficient in SEO strategies with up-to-date, working knowledge of current, past, and projected trends in the SEO / SEM industry
• Experience with Google and Bing’s services, including Analytics and Webmaster and Keyword
• The ability to work with back-end SEO elements such as .htaccess, robots.txt, metadata, site speed optimization, and related skills
• Experience in building inbound organic search traffic and improving SERPs
• Proficiency in Adobe Dreamweaver and other web design programs
• Knowledge of various computer programing languages, such as HTML or Java CSS, HTML, PHP and Java a plus, not required
• Working knowledge of Magento and other platforms
• Working knowledge of WordPress
• Basic database administration skills for MySQL, Access and SQL
• Familiarity with SEO principles
• Excellent multimedia content development abilities
• Ability to influence positive change
• Active user with eCommerce websites, email and social media marketing
