Washington – Several final and proposed OSHA rules – including a long-delayed update to the beryllium rule – are expected to be published in the next few months, according to the agency’s spring regulatory agenda, released May 21. A notice of proposed rulemaking that would update OSHA’s Beryllium Standard was set for a May publication, but had not been released as of press time. OSHA fines Brockton roofer for endangering workers

According to wwwoshatoday.com BROCKTON – A Brockton roofing contractor has been cited by the U.S. Department of Labor’s Occupational Safety and Health Administration for placing workers in danger, an infraction that will cost him $72,800 in fines. NYC Construction Workers Demand Safer Conditions
